This Privacy Policy explains how SukoSinau ("Application") collects, uses, stores, protects, and manages user information.

SukoSinau is developed and published by Rudhi Alfian, S.Pd.

By using this Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. About SukoSinau

SukoSinau is an educational application developed to support schools, teachers, students, parents, and school administrators in managing academic activities digitally.

The application provides features including attendance, student management, teacher management, announcements, learning activities, assignments, grades, notifications, and school information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the SukoSinau mobile application.

2. User Registration and Authentication

SukoSinau does not provide public account registration.

All accounts are created and managed by authorized school administrators. Users cannot register or create accounts independently.

Student accounts are created using the Student Identification Number (NISN) that has been registered by the school administrator. Students may only log in after their account has been created and activated.

Teacher and staff accounts are also created and managed by the school administrator. Teachers and staff cannot create their own accounts.

Only authorized users are permitted to access the Application.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the features used, SukoSinau may collect the following information:

• Full Name
• Student Identification Number (NISN)
• Teacher or Employee Identification
• Email Address (if applicable)
• School Information
• User Profile Information
• Device Information
• Operating System Version
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Token
• Application Usage Information
• Crash Reports and Diagnostics

Some personal information is entered by the school administrator during account creation, while certain technical information is collected automatically to ensure proper operation of the Application.

4. Permissions Used

The Application may request the following permissions:

• Internet Access
• Camera (QR Code Attendance and Profile Photo)
• Storage (Upload and Download Files)
• Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

Permissions are requested only when required to provide Application features.

5. How We Use Information

Collected information is used to:

• Authenticate users.
• Provide educational services.
• Display attendance information.
• Display grades and assignments.
• Manage academic activities.
• Send school announcements.
• Deliver push notifications.
• Improve Application performance.
• Maintain Application security.

6. Google Sign-In

Where available, Google Sign-In is provided solely as an authentication method.

Google Sign-In does not automatically create a new account. Users must already have an account created by an authorized school administrator.

If Google Sign-In is used, the Application may receive limited profile information, including:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Google Account Identifier

This information is used only for authentication purposes.

7. Push Notifications

SukoSinau uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send notifications including:

• Attendance Updates
• Assignments
• Grades
• School Announcements
• Educational Information

To deliver notifications, the Application securely stores a Firebase notification token.

8. WebView

Certain features within SukoSinau may display content using an embedded WebView.

WebView is used to display educational content, school information, documents, announcements, or other online services without requiring users to leave the Application.

If users access third-party websites through WebView, those websites are governed by their own privacy policies. SukoSinau is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites.

9. Third-Party Services

The Application may use trusted third-party services, including:

• Google Firebase
• Firebase Authentication
• Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Google Sign-In
• Google Play Services

These services may process limited technical information necessary to provide their functionality.

10. Information Sharing

SukoSinau does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal information.

Information may only be shared:

• With the user's school.
• With authorized school administrators.
• When required by applicable laws or regulations.
• With trusted service providers supporting Application functionality.

11. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.

Although we strive to protect personal information, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

12. Children's Privacy

SukoSinau is intended for educational institutions. Student information is managed by schools, teachers, and authorized administrators.

13. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide educational services or comply with applicable legal obligations.

14. Your Rights

Users may request:

• Access to personal information.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of personal information where permitted.
• Assistance from the school administrator.

15. Account Deletion

Users cannot delete their accounts directly through the Application.

Since all accounts are created and managed by authorized school administrators, requests for account deletion or removal of personal information must be submitted to the school administrator.
